The following details the accomodtions for food and non-food exhibitors and vendors. You may also download the information  here.  

NON-FOOD VENDORS / PARTICIPANTS: If you are a for-profit organization there will be a $30 fee.  If you are a not for-profit educational or service orgnization with 501c status, there is no fee. Under this application, no food or drinks may be sold. You may download the application here. Your organization will be provided the following: 

1. One 10 ft.X10 ft. booth or display space in the main hangar.  Additional booth space may be purchased for $25 each.

2. One 8 ft. table (with cover) and 2 chairs.  Additional tables may be purchasedfor $10 each.

3. Two volunteer parking passes are currently creating content for this section.

FOOD VENDORS / PARTICIPANTS: No food may be sold before 12 noon. Vendors must provide own tent or canopy.  Vendors must also provide their own generators, if needed.  If you are a not for-profit educational, service or governmental organization with 501c status, there will be a $30 fee. If you are a restaurant the fee will be $125. You may download the application here. Your organization will be provided the following:

1. Space on “Restaurant Row” beside the main hangar.  Additional space may be purchased for $25

2. Two 8 ft. tables (with covers) and 4 chairs.  Additional tables $10 each. (Restaurants will receive up to 5 tables and 10 chairs, depending upon need)

3. Two volunteer parking passes (Restaurants will receive four passes)

4. Trash receptacles and pick up

***PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL NO COOKING MAY BE DONE UNDER CANOPY OR TENT***

Items that must be provided by food vendors at their own expense include: generator, tent or canopy, refrigeration (if needed) and a working 20lb ABC fire extinquisher. Also, food vendors must display a Summit County Health Permit and provide a copy of their Workman's Comp/Liability Insurance to Stwo Munroe Falls Kiwanis Club. Finally, all vendors are responsible for their own set up and take down.
